WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative, based in our Vilnius office, with fluent German language skills to join our After Sales Customer Support team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers after purchase, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience throughout the after-sales journey.
If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and making a real difference to the customer experience, this could be the role for you. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and logistics teams, gaining valuable experience in an international and fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to take ownership of their work while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support to German- and English-speaking customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate logistics-related tasks and liaise with internal teams.
- Manage customer claims and complaints, keeping accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient daily workflows.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our after-sales service standards and customer experience.
- Work on public holidays (except Christmas and Easter); this is compensated with additional pay.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment within customer support, logistics, sales, communications, or a similar role.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and positive attitude.
- A high level of empathy, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
