WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative, based in our Vilnius office, with fluent Spanish language skills to join our After Sales Customer Support team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers after purchase, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience throughout the after-sales journey.

You will work closely with our sales, operations, and logistics teams, gaining valuable experience in an international and fast-paced environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support to Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate logistics-related tasks and liaise with internal teams.
- Manage customer claims and complaints, keeping accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient daily workflows.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our after-sales service standards and customer experience.
- Work on public holidays (except Christmas and Easter); this is compensated with additional pay.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment within customer support, logistics, sales, communications, or a similar role.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and positive attitude.
- A high level of empathy, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
