Business Development / Marketing Internship (Hybrid Setting)

About the Role

• We’re looking for a Business Development & Marketing Intern to support growth initiatives at Pingspace, based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This internship starts from NOV, DEC 2026 OR JAN 2027 and is available for 3, 6, or 9 months.

What You’ll Do

1. Assist in lead generation, market research, and sourcing potential customers
2. Support outreach activities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms
3. Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and ensure data accuracy
4. Track leads, follow-ups, and assist in preparing reports and administrative tasks
5. Coordinate with internal teams and support any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2. Strong interest in BD, marketing & digital media
3. Good communication & teamwork skills
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office & social media platforms
5. Creative, analytical, and proactive attitude
