We are looking for a motivated and responsible IT Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day to day technical support to staff
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Assist with network and system maintenance 
• Maintain IT records and inventory
• Support users with basic IT-related queries

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
