We're looking for a talented Property Lawyer to join our growing Property Managed Legal Services (MLS) team within Vario, Pinsent Masons' market-leading alternative legal services business. What You'll Be Doing

As a senior member of the team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and developing strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted legal adviser, working closely with clients' legal, estates and operational teams
  • Leading the negotiation, drafting and management of a broad range of commercial property asset management matters, including:
    • Leases
    • Licences
    • Variations
    • Surrenders
    • Extensions
    • Consents and related agreements
  • Advising on and managing real estate finance transactions, including:
    • Certificates of title
    • Charges
    • Searches
    • Officer's certificates
    • Legal opinions
  • Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their commercial objectives
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Vario and Pinsent Masons to deliver seamless legal solutions
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and embracing technology-enabled ways of working
  • Supporting the development and supervision of junior team members through coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing and quality oversight

What We're Looking For

You'll be a confident and commercially focused property lawyer who enjoys building relationships and delivering practical solutions.

We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:

  • Qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales with approximately 4-10 years' PQE
  • Strong commercial property experience, particularly within asset management
  • Experience advising on real estate finance matters
  • Experience supporting large property portfolios or complex client accounts
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, client-centric approach and the ability to provide commercially focused advice
  • An interest in legal innovation, technology and modern service delivery models
  • Experience of commercial acquisitions or plot sales would be advantageous but is not essential
