Requirements:

  • Experience testing microservices and web/app frontends in various stacks.
  • Experience in developing automation strategies and quality initiatives.
  • Think about automation first.
  • Experience in automation framework development and code review.
  • Ability to troubleshoot errors.
  • Ability to report errors with great detail.
  • Define coding standards within the automation team.
  • Define design standards within the automation team.
  • Exposure to chaos testing.
  • Ability to create tools that help inject faults in production.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodology and practices within the SDLC.

  • Experience with planning, scheduling, and monitoring work to meet time and quality targets.
  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and define quality goals.
  • Proactive attention to production issues.
  • Driving a culture of detailed root cause analysis and continuous learning
