Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to be the tactical engine behind our growth. Someone who thrives in the "now" and never misses a stitch. From the first "hello" to the final offer, you are the glue, the culture-vibe-checker, and the organizational guru who keeps our hiring process flowing.

What You’ll Do:

• Full cycle recruiting for entry level and DC positions
• Manage the end to end recruitment process including: intakes, posting, sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, interviewing and generating offers
• Lead and manage the onboarding process from documentation to new hire orientation
• Managing background checks
• Proactively schedule 30/60/90-day touchbases for new hires
• Own tracking for Temps, Contractors and Consultants
• Own tracking for internal referral program
• Regularly update and maintain recruiting and onboarding report
• Assist with rollout of new tools and programs
• Take notes during intake meetings and debriefs
• Partner with the TA Manager on recruitment marketing across social platforms
• Represent PISTOLA & DAZE Denim at career fairs
• Support ongoing team needs and new initiatives as the business grows

Who You Are:

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast paced Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, HR or People Ops environment
• A sharp eye for detail and a natural talent for keeping moving parts organized.
• Strong written communication skills
• Systems-oriented mindset (comfortable with ATS, HRIS, Google Suite, and LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
