About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Security Compliance Coordinator to support our Security Compliance and Governance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build experience in information security, compliance, audit management, and IT project coordination.

The ideal candidate is a hard worker, a quick learner, and someone who enjoys collaborating across teams to help drive compliance initiatives, support audit activities, and ensure customer security requests are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Security Questionnaire Coordination

• Manage the intake and tracking of customer security questionnaires and compliance requests.
• Review incoming requests and route them to the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Monitor progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure established service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Maintain accurate records of questionnaire status and completion metrics.

• Support the use of approved AI tools to improve compliance tracking, documentation, reporting, and project management workflow efficiency.

IT Project Management Support

• Assist with IT project documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly project status updates and progress reports.
• Follow up on action items, milestones, and deliverables with project stakeholders.
• Support project governance activities and documentation management.

General Compliance and Governance Activities

• Participate in special projects and additional audit, compliance, and security-related activities as assigned.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across compliance and governance processes.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, AIML, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Ability to use approved AI tools to support documentation, summarization, data organization, reporting, and the automation and optimization of routine tasks and workflows.
• Awareness of data privacy, confidentiality, and security considerations when using AI-enabled tools.
• Basic proficiency in coding languages such as Python to support task automation, data analysis, reporting efficiency, and process optimization.
