The Opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative:

Our Outside Sales Representatives meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. We provide warm, pre-scheduled appointments, so you can focus on selling-not cold calling or knocking on doors.
This is a 100% commission opportunity with earning potential of $120,000-$300,000+ annually. Our top performers regularly earn $300,000+.
No previous home-improvement experience is required. We provide extensive paid training, hands-on field experience, and ongoing coaching and support to help you build the skills needed to succeed.
What You’ll Do as an Outside Sales Representative
- Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations (appointments provided)
- Build relationships and understand each customer's needs
- Present solutions and close sales
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain organized records
- Represent P.J. Fitzpatrick with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
We're looking for people who are:
- Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
- Motivated by performance and earning potential
- Competitive, driven, and self-motivated
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Professional and confident with customers
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Previous sales or home-improvement experience is preferred but not required-if you’re teachable and driven, we’ll train you!
