Als AI Builder / Automations Specialist entwickelst du gemeinsam mit unserem KI-Team Agenten, Automationen und Workflows für unsere Fachbereiche. Von der ersten Idee bis zum Rollout sorgst du dafür, dass KI bei uns echten Mehrwert schafft.

Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in einem kleinen KI-Team mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und direktem Austausch mit unseren Fachbereichen. KI ist für uns kein Experiment, sondern ein strategischer Bestandteil unserer Weiterentwicklung.

  • Du entwickelst KI-Agenten und Automationen von der Use-Case-Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz
  • Du verbindest Lösungen mit PowerAutomate, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook und Dataverse
  • Du übersetzt Anforderungen ausTax, Audit und Rechnungswesen in praxistaugliche Lösungen
  • Du sorgst für stabile, wartbare und nachvollziehbare Datenflüsse
  • Du baust wiederverwendbare Standards, Prompts und Best Practices auf
  • Du berücksichtigst DSGVO, EU AI Act und interne Compliance-Anforderungen von Beginn an

Deine Fähigkeiten - Du machst den Unterschied!

  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Agent-Plattformen oder Automatisierungstools
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und bringst Use Cases aktiv voran
  • Du kommunizierst technische Themen verständlich und arbeitest gern mit Fachbereichen zusammen
  • Du verstehst Datenschutz und Compliance als feste Designanforderung
  • Kenntnisse in Azure AI Services, OpenAI API, Power Apps, Dataverse oder Prompt Engineering sind ein Plus
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
