Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter – Lead to own and drive the end-to-end marketing and placement of IT consultants across C2C, W-2, and contract roles in the U.S. market. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for closures, vendor management, and mentoring junior recruiters in a fast-growing startup environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong bench sales background, established vendor and MSP relationships, a deep understanding of U.S. staffing models and work authorization types, and the ability to operate independently while building scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

Bench Sales & Consultant Marketing

• Market and place bench consultants across C2C and W-2 requirements
• Actively submit profiles to prime vendors, implementation partners, MSPs, and direct clients
• Customize and position resumes to match client requirements
• Maintain accurate tracking of submissions, interviews, feedback, and closures in ATS/CRM systems

Vendor & Client Relationship Management

• Build and manage long-term relationships with vendors, recruiters, and clients
• Negotiate rates, terms, and margins to ensure profitable closures
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
• Support execution of MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and onboarding documentation

Closures & Delivery Ownership

• Drive the full lifecycle from submission → interview → selection → onboarding
• Work closely with internal operations, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Monitor start dates and early billing to ensure successful delivery

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, guide, and mentor junior bench sales recruiters
• Set daily and weekly goals for submissions, interviews, and closures
• Share market insights, vendor intelligence, and best practices
• Contribute to improving internal bench sales processes and outreach strategies

Additional / Bonus Responsibilities (Startup Support)

• Support OPT and early-career candidate recruitment as needed during startup and growth phases
• Assist with initial pipeline building and sourcing efforts beyond bench sales when business needs require
• Collaborate with leadership on scaling recruitment strategies in early stages

OPT recruitment responsibilities are considered an additional / bonus scope and are not the primary focus of this role.
Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in U.S. IT staffing / bench sales
• Proven track record of consistent closures in C2C and W-2 models
• Strong understanding of:
• U.S. staffing models (C2C, W-2, contract)
• Work authorization categories (H-1B, GC, EAD, OPT, CPT)
• Established relationships with vendors, MSPs, and recruiting networks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Experience working with ATS and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Lead or Team Lead role
• Exposure to direct client hiring or MSP programs
• Experience handling high-volume bench environments
• Ability to contribute to process building and team scaling
