Impact Studios is a fast growing AI, Product & Tech strategy & advisory Studio within Plain Concepts. Launched in 2025 we stand for entrepreneurial mindsets, pragmatic execution and start-up mindset. The team grew from 0 to 40 team members from various disciplines including Product Strategy & Management, UX & Product Design, Transformation & Digital Strategy within less than 2 years. Our Mission is clear: We help our clients to turn cutting-edge AI, product thinking, and design into measurable business outcomes.. This includes defining, building, running and scaling digital & AI solutions services & products across the entire business.

For this we leverage Plain Concepts deep tech expertise with the entrepreneurial & strategic power of Impact Studios and collaborate with leading, global technology partners such as Microsoft, OpenAI, and Google to design and build next-generation digital products and solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Lead with the mission to further build up, evolve, and scale our Product Vertical with today 25+ exceptional talents towards a winning team of over 70+ in 2027.

This is a hybrid role combines both strategic and hands-on leadership. Your key mission is to lead this vertical towards the next stage of growth. For this you will lead & grow a multidisciplinary team of talents including Product Managers, Product Designers, Digital Strategists as well as UX & UI Designers, drive commercial growth engaging with client existing and new clients and ensure excellence in end-to-end project delivery.

As Impact Studios and the Product Vertical are strategic instruments for Plain Concepts growth strategy and market impact, this position is founded on both, a high level of authnomy as well as a strong management buy-in to drive & execute fast & pragmatic.

Key Responsibilities

Evolve the Offering: Shape and continuously evolve the Product Vertical value proposition, including its service structure, delivery formats, methodologies, playbooks, and reusable tools.

Lead Client Engagements: Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, from opportunity framing and use case validation to product definition, experience design, MVP implementation, and activation.

Drive Commercial Growth: Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify opportunities, shape proposals, create compelling pitches, and win strategic projects. Translate client needs into tailored solutions and scalable value propositions.

Lead and Develop the Team: Lead an established multidisciplinary team across Product Management & Design, Digital Strategy and UX/UI Design. Support professional development, strengthen collaboration, define quality standards, and identify future capability and hiring needs.

Execute and Deliver Projects: Take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects in parallel, managing the operational Consulting and Delivery teams involved. Act as executive sponsor and senior point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery quality, budget control, commercial performance, and measurable business outcomes.

Objectives and Goals

Drive the growth and development of the Product Vertical by combining offering development, commercial support, team leadership, and delivery excellence.

The Product Lead will also contribute to evolving Plain Concepts’ consulting model, strengthening its market positioning, and delivering meaningful business impact for clients.

1. Sales & Business Growth (30%). Support the growth of the Product Vertical by identifying opportunities and shaping relevant consulting engagements.

Key Activities

• Partner with Sales and Account teams to identify and qualify opportunities.

• Lead or support proposals, pitches, workshops, and RFP processes.

• Define project scope, delivery approach, team needs, pricing, and margin estimates.

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

• Identify cross-selling, upselling, and follow-on opportunities.

2. Vertical Strategy, Value Proposition & Methodology Development (20%): Continue developing the positioning, services, and methodologies of the Product Vertical.

Key Activities

• Evolve the vertical’s value proposition & go-to-market in line with client needs and market developments.

• Develop practical delivery frameworks, methodologies, templates, and reusable assets.

• Ensure that Digital Strategy and UX/UI Design capabilities are effectively represented in the offering.

• Create and maintain relevant commercial materials, case studies, and service descriptions.

• Identify capability and hiring needs in collaboration with Talent and Leadership.

3. Project Definition & Delivery Excellence (50%): Ensure the successful definition and delivery of strategic consulting projects.

Key Activities

• Define and scope client engagements according to their business objectives.

• Translate business challenges into clear product opportunities and delivery roadmaps.

• Build and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams with other Plain Concepts units.

• Provide senior guidance during key project phases, from discovery and validation to design, MVP delivery, and activation.

• Monitor delivery quality, client satisfaction, budget, margin, and project risks.

• Act as senior point of contact and escalation point for strategic client engagements.

• Capture relevant knowledge and reusable assets to improve future delivery.

Bonus Scheme. The role includes a performance-based bonus linked to:

• Personal Performance (40%): Offering development, project delivery, and team leadership.

• Team Objectives (30%): Achievement of Impact Studios’ business and delivery goals.

• Commercial Contribution (30%): Contribution to new opportunities and business growth.

*Specific targets will be established annually in line with business priorities.

Requirements

Experience and Skills

• Strong experience in product, digital, design, and technology consulting.

• Proven track record in leading innovation, product & design teams in consultancies and / or agencies.

• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and strategic client projects.

• Experience in defining consulting related services, go-to-market strategies, business development, and end-to-end delivery.

• Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and understanding of project economics.

• Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Fluent English and Spanish
