DAS ERWARTET DICH:
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung von Implementierungsprojekten in Krankenhäusern und medizinischen Versorgungszentren
- Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Projektteams in anspruchsvollen IT-Projekten
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Projektmeetings und Lenkungsausschüsse
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und der Bereichsleitung
DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- fundierte Kenntnisse über organisatorische und medizinische Prozesse im Krankenhaus
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der Krankenhaus-IT und Projekterfahrung bei der Umsetzung klinischer Prozesse
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder Healthcare Bereich (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Gesundheitsmanagement) oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
- sicheres Anwenden von Projektmethoden
- ausgeprägte Zielorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit
- Reisebereitschaft
