Business Development Manager

Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our sales and drive business growth through strategic lead generation and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage key strategic accounts.
• Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of company technology and product offerings (comprehensive training provided).
• Analyze market trends to refine business models and proactively identify and pursue new revenue streams.
• Proactively research, evaluate, and secure tenders for major sports and entertainment events within Cyprus.
• Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with all relevant governmental and regulatory bodies.
• Build and maintain excellent, mutually beneficial relationships with venue operators across Cyprus.
• Strategically attend high-profile, large-scale events to maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Provide inspirational leadership, continuous monitoring, and strategic road-mapping for sales teams to consistently exceed future sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
• In-depth experience within the event industry in Cyprus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to accommodate variable working hours as required by business needs.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to nurture and maintain key client partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales budgets and effectively track and analyze team performance against targets.
• Fluency in Greek is highly desirable.
