Playtech is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Commercial Director to lead our growth strategy in Brazil.
Your influential mission. You will...
- Define and execute Playtech's commercial strategy for Brazil.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with operators and strategic partners.
- Lead complex negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Identify new business opportunities and product growth initiatives.
- Represent Playtech at industry events, conferences, and key stakeholder forums.
- Monitor market, competitor, and regulatory developments to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver customer success.
Components for success. You...
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- Proven track record in commercial leadership, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience driving revenue growth and managing C-level client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.
- Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, SaaS, technology, or digital entertainment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian business landscape.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model in our office in São Paulo, with readiness to travel.
