Visual Designer

We are looking for a creative and trend-focused Visual Designer who understands Gen Z aesthetics and can translate ideas into engaging visual experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design fundamentals, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to create fresh, culturally relevant, and visually compelling designs for both online and in-store experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and offline/in-store experiences.
• Create designs for social media, campaigns, websites, digital platforms, marketing collateral, and retail/in-store branding.
• Translate briefs and ideas into strong visual concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Create Gen Z-focused, contemporary, and trend-driven designs.
• Work on campaign creatives, key visuals, promotional assets, displays, posters, and other brand communications.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, brand, and account teams to execute campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in visual language, typography, layouts, and brand guidelines.
• Adapt creative concepts across different formats, platforms, and dimensions.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, social media aesthetics, and visual culture.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within timelines.

Requirements:

• Highly creative with strong conceptual and visual thinking ability.
• Strong understanding of current Gen Z trends, internet culture, and digital aesthetics.
• Curious, experimental, and willing to explore new visual styles.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to take a concept from idea design to final execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Must-Haves:

• 1-5 years of experience in visual design / graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and visual design skills.
• Hands-on proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to develop concepts independently rather than only executing existing designs.
• Experience creating designs for both online and offline/in-store environments.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z visual trends and aesthetics.
• Prior experience working with a creative/design/advertising agency is preferred.

Good to Haves:

• Experience with After Effects / Premiere Pro.
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
• Experience in branding and campaign design.
• Experience working on retail, D2C, fashion, lifestyle, consumer, or youth-focused brands.
• Understanding of social media formats and digital content.
• Experience working on large-scale campaigns or integrated brand activations.
