Plentific is a London company founded in 2013 that runs a property maintenance marketplace and management platform. Housing associations, councils and landlords use it to dispatch repairs to a vetted contractor network with live tracking. The company operates in Britain, Germany and the United States.

About Us

Plentific is on a mission to build the best-in-class operating platform for Residential Housing and transform disconnected systems into unified intelligence. Built specifically for housing, its unique multi-award-winning agentic AI platform converts the complexity of assets, contractors, compliance and resident interactions into unified, actionable intelligence.

Powered by the sector’s largest proprietary operations dataset, Plentific’s AI agents act, orchestrating processes and transforming property operations in real-time, helping owners, operators, service providers and residents streamline operations, unlock efficiencies and enhance the resident experience.

Its solutions span repair diagnostics, work order management, resident self-service, contractor and field service management, inspections and compliance. Acting as an integration layer, Plentific enables a real-time ecosystem and helps providers build resilient supply chains that prevent backlogs and ensure timely delivery of works.
