ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) to join our People Operations team, starting immediately. In this role, you will support our HR administration and processes, gaining hands-on insight into day-to-day HR operations while helping us make our internal processes more efficient and streamlined.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support the day-to-day operations of our People Operations team across the full employee lifecycle
Help maintain and continuously improve our HR processes and tools, in particular BambooHR, including employer master data
Support onboarding and off-boarding processes and help draft HR documents such as contracts, certificates and other correspondence
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, manage requests via our People Ticketing System and support HR reporting and data analysis
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Currently enrolled student, ideally studying Human Resources, Business or a related field
Prior practical experience in HR is a plus, but not required
Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
Experience with BambooHR is a plus, but not a requirement
Confident use of standard MS Office applications (especially Excel)
Diligent, structured, and discreet approach when handling sensitive data
Strong sense of initiative, team spirit, and communication skills
