We are currently looking for a Partner Sales Manager (Inbound) (m/f/d) to join our team hybrid at Berlin HQ.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Take end-to-end ownership of your own pipeline of customers referred by our Partner - from the initial handover to successful onboarding and activation.
Present the Pliant solution in demo calls, tailored towards the customers specific needs.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, guide them through the onboarding process and proactively follow up on outstanding information and documentation.
Create and maintain customer deals in our CRM and internal platform, ensuring accurate data, clear next steps and transparent pipeline tracking.
Coordinate closely with our Risk and Compliance teams to resolve blockers, keep stakeholders informed and continuously improve our onboarding processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Previous work experience in the banking or financial services industry in a customer facing role
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Strong willingness to learn and develop your career in a fast paced Fintech environment
You speak German fluently, along with English or any additional European languages would be an advantage, but not essential
Berlin or Vienna based ideally - hybrid work model in place
