Product Analyst

We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our product team and own the analytics layer that powers decision-making across our product lines. You will work closely with PMs to turn data into product decisions, not just dashboards. You'll be expected to think independently and drive analysis end-to-end, from framing the right question to delivering a clear recommendation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with product managers to define metrics, track feature performance, and uncover insights that shape the product roadmap.
• Own analysis on the analytics layer (BigQuery, Mixpanel, and similar tools), querying, modeling, and interpreting product and user behavior data.
• Independently frame problems, identify the right analytical approach, and bring recommendations to the table rather than waiting for direction.
• Build and maintain funnels, retention views, cohort analyses, and adoption metrics to track product health.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and crisp, actionable outputs.
• Work closely with data engineering (owned separately) to ensure the right data is available; without owning data pipeline/infrastructure, work with yourself.

Requirements:

• Around 2-4 years of experience in product analytics, ideally within a product organization (not a pure data/BI track).
• Strong preference for brokerage domain experience; fintech experience is the minimum bar.
• A track record of high ownership, comfortable thinking through ambiguous problems independently, and driving analysis to a conclusion without hand-holding.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solvingthis matters more to us than familiarity with any specific tool.
• Experience with GCP/BigQuery and Mixpanel (or equivalent product analytics tools) is a strong plus.
