As a JuniorProductDesigner, yourmissionwillbeto contributeto thedesign andevolutionofnewscalablebenefits, alwayskeepingtheuseratthecenter. Youwilljoina corporateyetdynamicenvironment, whereinnovation, empathy, anduserexperiencedrive everythingwedo.

Whatyou’llbedoing:

  • Ideating, prototyping, andtestingproductconceptsacrossdifferentplatforms, primarilyin Figma.

  • Supportinguserresearch activities(interviews, testing, analysis) whilelearningfromseniordesigners andgraduallyincreasinginvolvement.

  • Designingsolutions for smallfeatureswithautonomy, andcollaboratingonmedium-sizedfeatureswithteam support.

  • Usingandapplyingdesign systems to ensureconsistencyin visualsanduserexperience.

  • Actively participatingin agile workflows and continuous delivery environments, working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.

  • Communicatingdesign ideasclearlyandeffectively, highlightingtheirpotentialimpact.

  • Collaboratingwithhumility, opennessto feedback, anda strongwillingnessto learn.
