About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead the overall finance function and provide financial direction to support business growth, profitability, and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall Finance function
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Lead financial performance management and drive profitability and cost efficiency
- Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, financial controls, and compliance
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the organization
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations
- Lead and develop the Finance team
- Partner with business leaders and other functions on financial and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA is an advantage
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading a Finance function or large Finance team
- Strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
