Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Gadgets Team Leader to lead a team of sales associates in promoting and selling gadgets, mobile devices, computer peripherals, and technology accessories. The role involves driving sales, developing team capabilities, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in gadget retail, sales leadership, or consumer technology sales.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- At least 2-4 years of experience in gadget retail, technology sales, or electronics retail
- Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is preferred
- Knowledgeable in smartphones, tablets, laptops, computer peripherals, and gadget accessories
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, and retail sales reporting
- Ability to explain product features, specifications, and compatibility to customers
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team coordination skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of meeting sales targets
- Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City, from Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the gadget sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers in choosing gadgets and accessories that meet their needs
- Ensure the team maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, features, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and product sales
- Coach team members on product demonstrations, upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement
- Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment of fast-moving products
- Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and presented to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns in accordance with company policies
- Monitor sales transactions and ensure proper use of POS systems
- Coordinate with management regarding sales trends, product demand, and operational issues
- Prepare regular sales and inventory reports and recommend improvements to team performance
