Role Overview
The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT positions, from understanding hiring requirements through candidate selection and pre-onboarding. The role works closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and maintain an organized recruitment process while providing a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Candidate Screening
Manage multiple technical and IT vacancies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, technical qualifications, and hiring priorities.
Review applications and assess candidates against role requirements and competencies.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate qualifications, communication, salary expectations, and overall fit.
Interview Coordination
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, including complex scheduling requirements when applicable.
Manage arrangements for onsite and virtual interviews and ensure candidates are properly informed throughout the process.
Offer Management
Prepare and facilitate job offers in accordance with company policies and approved compensation packages.
Manage compensation discussions and help align candidate expectations with approved budgets.
Explain relevant benefits and employment details to candidates during the offer stage.
Pre-Onboarding & Endorsement
Coordinate completion of pre-employment requirements, including background checks, medical examinations, and required documentation.
Endorse selected candidates to the onboarding or HR operations team for a smooth transition into employment.
Maintain complete and accurate candidate information across recruitment trackers, applicant systems, and other required records.
Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement
Support recruitment reporting and maintain accurate hiring data.
Ensure recruitment records and candidate information are properly updated throughout the hiring process.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
Support initiatives that strengthen the organization's presence within the technology talent market.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably across multiple technical vacancies.
Background in recruiting candidates for IT, technology, or other technical positions.
Ability to understand technical job requirements and assess candidates based on relevant skills and experience.
Strong communication skills for working with hiring managers and engaging candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Highly organized with strong time-management and attention-to-detail skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience recruiting within the technology or telecommunications industry is an advantage.
