  • Unterstützung der Private-Banking-Berater im anspruchsvollen Tagesgeschäft und bei der Betreuung vermögender Privatkunden
  • Eigenständige Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen und Kundenbesprechungen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Reports, Auswertungen und weiteren kundenbezogenen Unterlagen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kundenstammdaten sowie sorgfältige Dokumentation und Ablage
  • Professionelle Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Geschäftspartnern sowie internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Übernahme vielfältiger organisatorischer Aufgaben rund um die Betreuung eines anspruchsvollen Kundenkreises

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bankwesen, Finanzbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Assistenz im Private Banking, Wealth Management oder Family Office
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Anforderungen und Abläufe im Private Banking
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
