Deine Aufgaben

  • Sparringspartner des Programm Managers
  • Nachverfolgung von Kosten, Investitionen (Capex), Tooling, Launch- und Serienentwicklungsaktivitäten
  • Durchführung von Cost Studies, einschließlich Make-or-Buy-Analysen, Business-Cases
  • Unterstützung des Business-Plan- und Forecast-Prozesses
  • Unterstützung der Werke sowie der General Manager bei relevanten strategischen Entscheidungen
  • Verantwortung für das laufende Programm-Reporting und Projektcontrolling, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Abweichungsanalysen
  • Präsentation des kommerziellen Projektstatus in den entsprechenden Steering Committees
  • Erstellung programmspezifischer Cost Breakdowns sowie Unterstützung bei der Argumentation gegenüber Kunden
  • Vertretung der Finanzfunktion in den jeweiligen Projektteams
  • Mitarbeit in bzw. Durchführung von Sonderprojekten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise im Bereich
  • Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Controlling-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzmodellen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie starke Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Ganzheitliche, ergebnis- und prozessorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungskompetenz sowie ausgeprägtes
  • Selbstmanagement
