As a Program Manager III within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Chicago, IL, Tampa, FL or Phoenix, AZ.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Effectively manage and maintain relationships with senior leadership. Must possess strong analytical and presentation skills. Effectively analyze data, provide succinct results, and present solutions & data in an efficient way to assist senior leaders in making key decisions and developing strategies. Those with advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint capabilities will be most successful.
• Demonstrate ability to quickly adjust to and lead change. Must be extremely flexible and adaptable. This is a fast-paced, innovative team with a wide-span of responsibilities; those with ability to adapt and lead change will be most successful.

• Coordinate across Treasury Management teams including Product, Strategy, Development, Operations and Risk to ensure a consistent and integrated delivery of strategic plans, quarterly business reviews, financial management including revenue and expense forecasting, and go to market materialsPNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description

• Leads a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Leads the highest complexity programs/projects requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, program size may be greater than $25m.
• Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals.
• Oversight and reporting for the program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
• Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.
• Acts as a mentor to other program managers. Teams with service partner leadership to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.

Work Experience

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $112,000.00 - $249,600.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
