Poszukujemy Mid/Senior Analytics Engineera do międzynarodowego projektu transformacji danych i procesów planistycznych w branży produkcyjnej. Będziesz uczestniczyć w migracji ERP do Microsoft Dynamics 365 oraz budowie nowoczesnej platformy analitycznej opartej na Microsoft Fabric i Power BI.

Szukamy osoby, która rozumie biznes i dane - ma praktyczne doświadczenie w S&OP / planowaniu produkcji i jednocześnie potrafi przełożyć potrzeby biznesowe na modele danych, rozwiązania analityczne i raportowanie.

Wymagania

  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w S&OP w środowisku produkcyjnym - demand/supply planning, inventory management.

  • Praktyczne doświadczenie z Microsoft Fabric.

  • Doświadczenie w analizie i modelowaniu danych z Dynamics 365.

  • Bardzo dobrą znajomość SQL i Spark.

  • Doświadczenie z Lakehouse, DWH i modelowaniem danych.

  • Praktyczną znajomość Medallion Architecture.

  • Umiejętność przełożenia potrzeb biznesowych na modele danych i rozwiązania analityczne.

  • Angielski na poziomie B2+.

Obowiązki

  • Rozwój i usprawnianie procesu S&OP - demand, supply, inventory oraz plan vs. actual.

  • Współpraca z biznesem przy definiowaniu procesów, KPI i wymagań analitycznych.

  • Projektowanie modeli danych i dashboardów Power BI wspierających procesy planistyczne.

  • Integracja danych z Dynamics 365 i innych systemów w Microsoft Fabric.

  • Budowa i rozwój rozwiązań analitycznych w Microsoft Fabric / Lakehouse.

  • Przetwarzanie i transformacja danych z wykorzystaniem Spark i SQL.

  • Udział w projektowaniu architektury Lakehouse / DWH, w tym Medallion Architecture (Bronze → Silver → Gold).

  • Współpraca z zespołem wdrażającym D365 oraz użytkownikami biznesowymi.
