Media Specialist

We’re looking for a Media Specialist to join our team and support the execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across Amazon and other retail media platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their retail media who wants to build hands-on marketplace advertising experience while working alongside experienced Media Managers. You’ll support campaign setup, optimization, budget monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis while developing your knowledge of Amazon Ads and other marketplace advertising platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Support the setup and ongoing management of Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing, and flag potential issues or opportunities to the Media Manager.
• Support campaign optimizations, including bids, budgets, keywords, search terms, targeting, and negative keywords.
• Pull and organize campaign performance data and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Help identify performance trends and optimization opportunities based on campaign data.
• Maintain campaign structures, naming conventions, and account documentation.
• Support Media Managers with monthly reporting, QBR preparation, and other client deliverables.
• Assist with campaigns across additional retail media platforms such as Mercado Libre and Walmart Connect, depending on client needs.
• Collaborate with Media Managers, Account Managers, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
• Continue developing your knowledge of Amazon Ads, retail media, and marketplace best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, retail media, paid media, or a related area.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising and key campaign performance metrics.
• Some hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads or another marketplace advertising platform.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets and large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance from senior team members.
• Analytical mindset and interest in learning how to use campaign data to improve performance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with a remote team.
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with internal/global teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, or Sponsored Display.
• Exposure to Amazon DSP.
• Experience with Mercado Libre Ads, Walmart Connect, or other retail media platforms.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Experience with PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, or similar Excel functions.
• Previous agency or eCommerce experience.
