Retail Media Analyst

Podean is looking for a Retail Media Analyst to join our Brazil team and support the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns for Brazilian clients. You’ll work closely with the Brazil Media Manager and Account Managers to analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, develop media plans, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.

This is a hands-on role for someone with practical Amazon Ads experience, particularly Sponsored Ads/Search, who enjoys working with campaign data, improving media performance, and turning results into actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, keywords, and targeting.
• Analyze media results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build media plans and performance reports for client accounts.
• Present media performance, insights, and recommendations during client meetings.
• Partner with Account Managers on weekly client calls and account priorities.
• Support campaigns on additional retail media platforms when needed.
• Stay up to date with Amazon Ads tools, policies, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3+ years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, retail media, or a related area.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads/Search Ads.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns and analyzing media performance.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day campaign activity across client accounts.
• Comfortable presenting campaign results and recommendations in Portuguese.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Functional English to communicate with global colleagues.
• Location: Brazil (preference for candidates based in São Paulo)

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon DSP.
• Experience with Mercado Livre, Shopee, or TikTok Ads.
• Experience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts.
