Responsibilities:
- Own the content engine, from topic selection through publication, across search, LinkedIn, and the website.
- Build visibility across search and LLMs, covering keyword strategy, site structure, and content that ranks and gets cited.
- Run off-page growth: community engagement, digital PR, and backlink building.
Requirements:
- Experience running organic growth for a B2B company, studio, or agency.
- Working SEO fundamentals: keyword research, site structure, on-page and off-page execution.
- Strong research skills and the ability to learn an unfamiliar industry quickly enough to write about it credibly.
- Genuine interest in design and tech.
- Comfort in a small founder-led studio where you build the function.
- Fluency with Semrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience marketing a creative or design services business.
- Technical SEO: crawlability, structured data, and schema.
- An existing network in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech communities.
