Accountant

• Record and reconcile daily cash and bank sales by branch.
• Verify cash deposits and post sales and purchase transactions in QuickBooks.
• Monitor receivables, payables, supplier invoices, and customer refunds.
• Prepare weekly sales and collection reports.
• Maintain complete and organized accounting documents.
• Support branch front desk teams when required.
• Process payroll and prepare salary and benefit payments for approval.
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting requirements.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow.
• Support month-end closing, accruals, and prepayments.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of reconciliation, payroll, and tax documentation.
• Good Excel and QuickBooks skills.
• English: able to communication.
