Join our Operations Team in Paris as a Supply Manager Intern. You will work closely with our Head of Operations and Maintenance, contributing to exciting projects that have a direct impact on our fleet of 12,000 bikes and scooters deployed across 24 cities in Europe. Your responsibilities will include inventory and supply flow management, analysis and optimization, procurement and negotiation, shipping coordination, after-sales and quality management, stock valuation and invoice management, and process design and purchasing strategy. This is a great opportunity for students enrolled in top engineering or business schools with a focus on supply chain or procurement.
Missions
- Assurer la gestion des stocks et des flux d'approvisionnement pour garantir la disponibilité des pièces de rechange.
- Participer à l'analyse et à l'optimisation des modèles de prévision de consommation, et analyser les tendances de consommation.
- Négocier les conditions d'achat, passer des commandes et challenger les fournisseurs pour obtenir le meilleur rapport qualité/prix.
Profil recherché
**Education**: Enrolled in a top engineering or business school, looking for a gap year or final-year internship. A focus on supply chain or procurement is a plus.**Project management**: Able to support and coordinate projects, set priorities, track progress, and anticipate potential issues.
**Purchasing**: Interested in negotiation and supplier relations, willingness to participate in discussions with suppliers, help gather information, and support decision-making
**Rigor & attention to detail**: Follow processes carefully, ensure accuracy, and understand the importance of reliability in supply operations.
**People skills**: Communicate clearly, collaborate across teams, and build constructive relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
