Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building, automating, and managing scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, CI/CD, scripting, monitoring, and Helm, with good exposure to cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Manage and administer Kubernetes (K8s) clusters, including deployments, services, configurations, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain Helm charts for packaging and deploying applications on Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using Ansible.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and/or other scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.
- Work with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent platforms.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Monitor system health, application performance, availability, and resource utilization, and proactively troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline deployment processes and improve release reliability.
- Troubleshoot issues across applications, containers, Kubernetes infrastructure, networking, and deployment pipelines.
- Implement DevOps best practices around automation, scalability, reliability, security, and infrastructure management.
- Participate in incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of the production environment.
- Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, automation scripts, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized environments.
- Strong experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Good scripting/programming experience, preferably with Python.
