To strengthen our Metrology team, we are looking for a:

Metrology Technician 80-100%

Your activity

• Ensure accurate and reliable metrology services for incoming inspections, production support, customer applications and machine validation
• Analyze measurement results, prepare technical reports and provide valuable insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage incoming inspection non-conformities in collaboration with Supplier Quality
• Maintain and improve the performance, calibration and traceability of measurement equipment
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of metrology processes and inspection methods
• Support the selection and implementation of new measurement technologies and equipment
• Ensure that Posalux measurement capabilities evolve in line with product innovations and future developments
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, quality and sales teams on technical challenges, development projects and customer requirements
• Program and operate advanced measurement systems, including Werth and Keyence equipment
• Contribute to the validation and reliability of integrated measurement systems through capability studies and statistical analyses

Your profile

• Technical diploma or degree in Quality Engineering, Metrology, Microtechnology or a related field
• Proven experience in dimensional metrology within an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, geometrical tolerancing and ISO GPS standards
• Experience with measurement software and programming; WinWerth knowledge is a plus
• Good understanding of industrial statistics and measurement system analysis
• Comfortable working with ERP, CAD and Microsoft Office tools
• Structured, analytical and hands-on approach combined with strong communication skills
• Fluent French and very good command of English
