Woodward Tahoe Baristas work atthe GrindCafélocatedinside The Bunker. Baristasmake assorted espresso drinks, create sandwiches and other food items, and serve alcohol toour guests. Baristas are requiredto operatethe register and keep the café clean at all times. Baristas are also responsible for keeping track of inventory, assisting withordering, and restocking items.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest level of guest service to internal and external guests, with particular focus on product knowledge, quality, and freshness.
Prepare assorted espresso drinks
Make sandwiches, salads, and other food items
Serve beer and wine
Keep the kitchen cleanincluding appliances, floors, sinks, etc.
Keep inventory of products and put in orders to the kitchen
Ability to navigate point of sale systems
Answer any questions guestsmay have, including questions about Woodward Tahoe winter and summer programs
Other duties as assigned
