Territory: Edinburgh, Falkirk, Fife and surrounding area

We’re looking for a confident, motivated people-person to join our team as a Field Sales Executive, representing Molson Coors & Haribo, through Powerforce - a multi-award-winning field marketing agency.
Your Mission: Driving FMCG Sales
This is a hands-on, out-in-the-world role (not a desk job). You’ll manage your own local territory, visiting convenience and independent retailers to grow sales and build strong relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building relationships with store owners and teams
- Promoting well-known brands like Molson Coors & Haribo
- Improving visibility through displays, POS and product placement
- Supporting stock levels & availability to maximise sales
- Working with a supportive team, sharing best practice and ideas

- A full UK driving licence for 12+ months (essential - van provided)

- Earning Potential - up to £29,900 on target earnings (£26,000 base + 15% bonus) plus team incentives (recently 21 prizes awarded ranging from £50 to £500 in vouchers), along with regular regional team incentives
