PowerUP Energy Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving long-term growth across key markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share across key regions.
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure to ensure financial targets are met.
• Proactively manage and expand relationships with clients and distributors to generate consistent revenue streams.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Represent PowerUP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Experience working in the green energy sector is required, specifically with technologies such as batteries, hydrogen, wind turbines, or solar panels.
• Proven track record of successfully making revenue and closing significant deals.
• Proficiency in a Nordic language is required, with a strong preference for Swedish.
• Genuine curiosity about hydrogen innovations and green technology, with a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
• Result-driven mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally or relocate to Tallinn, Estonia
