As a maintenance technician, you will report to maintenance supervisor, and location is in Tianjin Plant.
Key Responsibilities
- In charge of HVAC maintenance work within maintenance department.负责维修部门的HVAC维护工作。
- Record of the technical data of facility supply system running should be finished in time, check and maintain HVAC main facility in time, ensure the equipment in good status.按时检查维护厂务HVAC设备，如实记录设备、系统运行参数，确保设备运行正常。
- Control the lighting in HVAC area (street lighting, stairs, etc) and repair timely to avoid safety risk. Assist operation engineer do energy & resource reduction work.控制暖通区域的照明，保证设施的完好。做好节能降耗工作。
- Responsible for hotline of equipment and all the hotline in night shift, weekend and holiday.负责热线报修HVAC工作的实施。
- Finish other works arranged by leader.完成领导安排的其他工作。
Qualifications
- Technical school of Mechanical or Electrical. Qualified person for certification of electrician /refrigeration is preferred.机械或电气背景，持有效电工证制冷证件者尤佳。
- Three years working experience of industry facility or maintenance;3年以上大型工厂设备设施维护经验。
- Be familiar with related equipment principle (power substation, chiller, air compressor, HVAC, water pump, heat exchanger ...etc.)熟悉厂务系统和化工类企业的生产设备管理。
