The Asset Care Planner is responsible for administering and optimising the maintenance work management process within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The role coordinates and leads the weekly maintenance scheduling process, ensuring effective communication and alignment with key stakeholders and the timely release of scheduled work orders. The Asset Care Planner drives focused improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and defect elimination, to enhance asset reliability and operational performance. The position supports the development of asset maintenance strategies and programs, monitors equipment performance and reliability, ensures technical documentation is maintained in line with company standards, supports master data governance, and facilitates spares requisitions to enable efficient and reliable maintenance execution.
