Sr. Marketing Executive

Job Purpose

The Sr. Marketing Executive

is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the company's marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness, support business growth, and enhance market presence. The role will lead day-to-day marketing initiatives including campaigns, digital marketing, content, events, exhibitions, market communication, and marketing materials, while also supporting the Commercial team through targeted lead generation and qualification activities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Plan and execute the company's marketing plan, campaigns, and calendar across digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media, content marketing, email campaigns, website updates, and corporate communications.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content including presentations, brochures, case studies, videos, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, webinars, seminars, conferences, and corporate events.
• Develop product, industry, and solution-focused marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
• Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing activities and materials.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Service teams to convert technical expertise, projects, and customer success stories into effective marketing content.
• Conduct market and competitor research and identify relevant trends, customer needs, and marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage external marketing consultants, agencies, designers, and suppliers.
• Continuously improve marketing processes, tools, channels, and campaign effectiveness.

Marketing Performance & Reporting

• Track and report marketing KPIs, campaign performance, digital engagement, content performance, event results, and marketing inquiries.
• weekly and monthly marketing reports and dashboards for management.
• Monitor marketing activities and budgets against the approved marketing plan.
• Analyse campaign and event results and recommend improvements based on performance and ROI.
• Maintain accurate marketing data, calendars, databases, and activity records.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, engineering, technology, or manufacturing companies.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content, social media, events, exhibitions, webinars, and email marketing.
• Strong project management, communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, digital marketing tools, marketing analytics, and CRM platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
