Your Role as an Apprentice
Assist on installs: rough-ins, trims, and system start-ups.
Manage tools and prep job sites for smooth projects.
Learn essentials: drilling, wiring, venting fireplaces, installing garage heaters.
Keep sites clean, safe, and ready for inspection.
Support duct + dryer vent cleaning.
Work side-by-side with mentors who want to see you succeed.
Requirements
What It Takes
High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ months in HVAC, construction, or service field.
Basic hand tool knowledge.
Valid MT driver’s license, clean record.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and handle physical work.
Preferred:
Mechanical-based degree or technical program.
OSHA 10/30 or EPA certification.
Experience with ServiceTitan.
