Обязанности:
  • Работа в «Банк-клиенте формирование платежных поручений, в т.ч налоговые, отправка их в банк, выгрузка выписок. Работа с ОБС-счетами.
  • Разнесение выписок: проведение банковских операций в lC (счета 51 , 55, 57), корректное отнесение расходов по статьям движения денежных средств (ДЦС).
  • Контроль платежей: ежедневная сверка остатков на счетах, отслеживание своевременности поступлений и списаний.
  • Работа в программе 1С,
  • Подготовка реестра по платежам, подготовка документов к отправке
Требования:
  • Образование Высшее
  • Уверенный пользователь ПК
  • Знание Microsoft office и Google sheets
  • 1 С Бухгалтерия (ЭДО, СБИС, Диодок), Битрикс, ПИФ АСУ
  • Знание основ бухгалтерского учета, правил заполнения , первичных документов, умение работать с большим объемом информации.
  • Опыт работы от 3 лет
Условия:
  • Рабочий день: 5/2 с 10:00 по 19:00
  • Оформление на работу: ТК РФ
  • Продолжительность испытательного срока: 1 месяц з.п. 100 000 рублей
  • Заработная плата: 130000 рублей в месяц на руки после испытательного срока
  • Местонахождение рабочего места: м. Киевская
