Field & Event Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Most companies find out about supplier insolvencies, cyber attacks, factory fires or floods that affect their supply chain when it's already a crisis. Prewave exists to change that. We're an AI-native company giving BMW Group, Hilti and Lufthansa real-time visibility into supply chain risks before they become headlines.
We're looking for a Field & Event Marketing Manager (f/m/d) who takes ownership of Prewave's event and field marketing execution from day one. Someone who uses AI as a default part of how they work - and knows when to trust their own judgment.
What you'll own
- Own the operational planning and execution of assigned events so that every conference, trade show and customer event delivers a seamless attendee experience.
- Partner on Prewave's full event and field marketing program, spanning sponsored conferences, trade shows, webinars, executive roundtables, customer events, partner events and our annual flagship event, so that our presence stays consistent across formats.
- Drive regional field marketing initiatives, including integrated campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, in close collaboration with Sales, so that marketing and sales efforts stay aligned around target accounts.
- Manage webinar programs end-to-end - registrations, speaker coordination, moderation and delivery - so that webinars run smoothly and generate quality pipeline.
- Build marketing assets and communications, including invitation emails, registration pages and campaign messaging, so that every touchpoint reflects Prewave's brand.
- Champion accurate reporting by measuring campaign and event performance and maintaining data in HubSpot and Salesforce
What we are looking for
You are the right fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or a related field.
- Bring 2-3 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing or event management at a B2B SaaS company
- Have hands-on experience planning and delivering trade shows, conferences, webinars and other B2B marketing events, combined with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Communicate fluently in both German and English.
- Have experience working with Sales and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Hold a valid Austrian work permit.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with webinar platforms.
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
