We manage and scale top-tier storefronts across major global marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, specializing in high-demand consumer goods and customized apparel. As we continue to expand our global reach, we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and motivated Shipping & Logistics Intern to join our remote operations team.

As a Shipping & Logistics Intern, you will get hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of international e-commerce supply chains—all from the comfort of your home. Working remotely, you will collaborate with our operations team to monitor shipments, track cross-border inventory, handle digital documentation, and ensure seamless delivery to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Shipment Tracking: Monitor daily international shipments across Amazon, eBay, and Etsy to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Order & Dispatch Coordination: Assist in processing digital orders, generating international shipping labels, and coordinating virtually with global logistics partners and courier portals.
• Inventory Monitoring: Help maintain and update digital inventory logs for global stock, including customized apparel and print-on-demand segments.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and organize essential digital shipping documents, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork required for international transit.
• Issue Resolution: Actively track delays or shipping discrepancies and assist in resolving transit issues by communicating with courier support channels.
• Data Log Maintenance: Keep Microsoft Excel tracking sheets accurately updated with daily dispatch volumes, tracking numbers, and delivery statuses.

• Shift: 11 AM–8 PM
• Monitoring Software: Installation and use of the company-provided monitoring software is mandatory during working hours.

Job Specification: Requirements & Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in BS Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology with specialized training, internships, or certifications in Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce Operations, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and maintaining organized tracking sheets) is essential.
• Strong written English communication skills for virtual team coordination via Microsoft Teams and review of international tracking documentation.
• A sharp eye for detail to catch errors in shipping addresses, SKU counts, or tracking numbers.

Technical & Remote Setup Requirements

• Because this is a fully remote role, candidates must have the following setup in place:
• Hardware: A dedicated personal laptop or desktop computer capable of running business and communication software smoothly.
• Internet Connection: Fast, stable, high-speed broadband connection capable of handling clear audio calls and uninterrupted collaboration.
• Power Backup: Mandatory power backup solution (UPS / Inverter / Generator) to guarantee seamless connectivity and availability during scheduled working hours.
