AI Business Analyst (AI Transformation & Automation) (PRAIBA0926)

PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest-growing Management and IT Consulting firms in Greece, is looking for an AI Business Analyst/AI Transformation Consultant (AI Transformation & Automation) to join its growing AI Transformation team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities for Artificial Intelligence and automation across the organization, analyzing and optimizing business processes, and translating business needs into practical AI solutions. Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI Agents, intelligent assistants, and automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Artificial Intelligence and automation.

• Analyze, document, and optimize existing business processes (As-Is / To-Be).

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Design AI use cases, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, AI Developers, and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support the design and implementation of AI Agents, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
• Organize and prepare business knowledge, documentation, and content for AI Knowledge Bases and RAG applications.
• Participate in testing, validation (UAT), and continuous improvement of AI and automation solutions.
• Monitor solution performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Develop user guides, best practices, and training materials to support AI adoption across the organization.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, automation trends, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the company's AI transformation strategy by identifying innovative ideas and new business opportunities.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Consulting, Automation, or AI-related roles.
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization.
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Knowledge of AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Knowledge Management principles.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with BPMN or business process modeling.
• Experience in Management Consulting, IT Governance, Quality Management, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Process Management, Automation, AI, Microsoft Power Platform, or related technologies.
