Responsibilities
- Post roles, screen applications, and schedule interviews for intern and junior hires
- Help run technician and retail hiring at volume - sourcing, coordinating interviews, collecting documents, onboarding new joiners
- Build and maintain various reports in Google Sheets/Excel
- Keep candidate records and trackers clean, and flag process gaps you spot
- Assist the HR Operations team on process improvements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a relevant diploma/degree in Business, HR, Operations
- Organised and reliable with the ability to juggle multiple candidates without dropping details
- Clear, warm communicator, ability to handle candidates professionally
- Proactive attitude, asks questions and suggests better ways of doing things
- Confident with Google Sheets/Excel - filtering, sorting, basic formulas (or a fast learner)
