Supervisor

Operations & Service

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring effective and timely delivery of technical services and solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute service schedules and standby deployments to optimise manpower and operational efficiency.
• Manage service team performance, including discipline, attendance, and adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Ensure contractual obligations, service levels, and regulatory compliance are consistently met.
• Provide prompt support during emergencies, shutdowns, and recovery operations.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, operational briefings, and ensure accurate reporting and system updates (e.g., D365).
• Support testing and commissioning activities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment or system issues.
• Coordinate procurement of parts and services and provide technical solutions or recommendations to clients.

Planning and Development

• Plan and conduct regular training sessions to keep service and facilities engineers up to date with the latest technical knowledge, while taking on a proactive mentoring role.
• Implement Lifecycle Replacement Programmes for all M&E equipment and systems, supporting business continuity, service restoration strategies, and contributing to sales opportunities and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular technical refresh reviews to ensure systems and solutions remain current and reliable.

Vendor Management

• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships and manage service level performance in accordance with agreements
• Manage and supervise on-site vendors, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services
• Responsible for the timely preparation and submission of quotations, including obtaining vendor quotations.
• Coordinate the procurement of parts and services required to support operational needs.

Continuous Development

• Conduct regular technical refresh reviews to ensure systems and solutions remain current and reliable.
• Plan and conduct regular training sessions for upskilling and technical competency enhancement.
• Promote a culture of safety, operational excellence, and proactive service improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Client Management

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service expectations and contractual deliverables are consistently met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, providing timely updates, technical recommendations, and solutions.
• Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Any other duties assigned by Manager.
