Our client is recruiting an Accounts Officer:

  • Preparing and booking of invoices and expenses
  • Filing of invoices / bank statements
  • Invoice approvals & follow up
  • Entering payments to Suppliers on our online banking system
  • Assisting in the stock validation process
  • Assisting in the quarterly closure of the group
  • Preparation of rent data for the group
  • Preparation and posting of the fuel and lubricants data for the group
  • Any other cognate duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

Profile

  • Diploma / Degree Holder in Accounting / Finance with proven work experience - at least one year experience
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
  • Teamwork skills
  • Proactive with attention to detail
