Qualifications

Contribute to and further develop the existing AI-powered code migration solution together with the current team.
Develop and improve AI models, agents, and workflows for code analysis and transformation.
Design and optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, and other LLM-based solutions.
Create datasets and test cases to evaluate and improve AI performance.
Develop automated validation and testing for AI-generated outputs.
Integrate AI solutions with relevant applications, APIs, and development tools.
Monitor and continuously improve the quality and reliability of AI solutions.
Explore, prototype, and develop new AI tools and automation solutions based on business needs.
Collaborate with developers, domain experts, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into practical AI solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
